Our Winter Break camp will hit on all facets of the game, including guard/post development, defense, plyometrics, hand-eye coordination, footwork, dribbling, basketball cuts, screen and roll situations, learning the art of the jumpshot, game situations, and building a basketball IQ so players can make quick, smart decisions on the court. The Hoops4Health staff can’t wait to share their knowledge of the game over the holidays!Our traditional All-Star Night is a great opportunity for players to come out and showcase their skills! We’ll have a Skills Challenge, Shooting Stars Competition, Slam Dunk Contest, an All-Star Game, and plenty of prizes, along with a pizza party!
