Join Chef Ravi as we venture into the fine details of making some classic Indian street food appetizers. We Indulge in creating the all-time favorite of Vada Pav (a veggie dumpling deep fried in a lentil flour batter) stuffed in a bun and smothered with an array of peanut and garlic chutney, sweet, and sour tamarind chutney and lemon infused green chilies. Our journey continues with a mouthwatering chicken tikka pakora and a classic tandoori appetizer of Paneer tikka (Indian cheese skewers chargrilled with peppers and onions) served with a mint chutney. Dessert is an open sweet samosa stuffed with a warm semolina and a saffron pudding with almonds, raisins, strawberries with a cinnamon sugar dusting.
