Description
Indoor Track & Field Champs! (Ages 4-6)We have found this exciting class to be just what parents need to give their children a positive first step into running & fitness. Participants will learn proper warm-ups and stretching exercises, along with fun track & field activities to help build self-confidence, gross & fine motor skills, and overall coordination. On the last day of class, they will have a fun track & field meet! Bring your own water bottle. Led by Sports R Us Staff - www.sportsrusil.com.Held at Dolan Recreation Center
