Jedi Masters + Animal Explorers
16600 NE 80th St, Redmond, WA 98052, USA
Description
(Ages 6-11) In the morning, students will bring the world of Star Wars™ to life with their master builder skills and our intergalactic-structured activities. Motivated to become Jedis like the heroes they know from the movies, they will learn to concentrate on mastering the Force, appreciating the use of teamwork to build battle drones and AT-Walkers, and if they’re skills are up to par, make their very own lightsaber and use it in challenges! May the force be with you as the most competent Padawan’s rise through the Jedi ranks! After lunch, students will work in teams to create a zoo of interactive and mechanical animals. Children will build robotic animals and explore different mechanisms such as tilt and motion sensors, motors, and coding skills to help them bring their creation to life, all while having fun learning important social and technical skills. What to Wear & Bring:• A smiling face and positive attitude!• A nut free sack lunch• Nut free snacks• Lotion sunscreen (In case we go outside for breaks)• A water bottle• Wear closed-toe shoes!
