Description

You will learn and develop self-defense, self-confidence, problem-solving, and the martial arts of takedown, submitting, and escapes, with some Wrestling, Judo, and Sombo mixed in. The kids and youth will learn the same as well as anti-bullying. Belt Gi promotion will be earned with time, on the mat, skill level, and how you conduct yourself off and on the mats. We encourage students to compete in Tournaments to have fun, make friends, and test their progress in a safe environment but it is not a requirement to receive promotion and recognition on the student's progress
