Make a splash and start your lifeguard journey this summer!The American Red Cross Junior Lifeguarding Program is designed for ages 11–14 who are curious about lifeguarding and want to learn real, hands-on lifesaving skills in a fun and supportive environment.Participants will build confidence in the water while learning about water safety, basic rescue skills, CPR, first aid, teamwork, and leadership. This program is a great introduction for young people who may want to become certified lifeguards in the future.Becoming a Junior Lifeguard is also a fantastic way to earn volunteer hours, gain valuable experience, and make new friends—all while learning skills that can truly make a difference.Jump in, challenge yourself, and take the first step toward becoming a lifeguard!
