Kids Flow Zone: Yoga for Kids

About This Event

Ages 5-10. Stretch, breathe, move and play! In this fun-filled yoga class, kids will build strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness through creative poses and imaginative adventures. Participants will explore calming breathing techniques and confidence-building movement in a supportive and welcoming environment. Each class encourages self-expression, focus and healthy habits while keeping kids active and engaged. No prior yoga experience needed, just bring energy, curiosity and a smile!
