This class focuses on improving strength, balance, and full body flexibility through targeted drills and guided stretches. Ideal for dancers, cheerleaders, and athletes looking to increase range of motion, powerful jumps, prevent injury, and enhance performance. A perfect add-on to any training routine or team preparation. MANDATORY $5 fee due on the first day of every 4-week session.
