Coed Lacrosse Speed & Stick Skills Camp – Whether you’re new to the game or looking to take your skills to the next level, this camp offers a fun, energetic environment for players of all experience levels. New to lacrosse? No problem! Beginners are welcome, and instruction will be tailored to help players learn the fundamentals while experienced players continue to develop their game. Football, soccer, baseball and basketball players are encouraged to participate! Speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, and athletic movement translate across sports, making this camp a great opportunity for multi-sport athletes. Camp Details Equipment: Lacrosse sticks only Soft practice balls will be used No pads and no contact Lacrosse sticks are available for players who need one A valid USA Lacrosse membership is required Bring Lunch Come build your speed, sharpen your stick skills, and get ready to hit the field this spring!
