Learn to use fresh local produce selected from the farmers market and a whole foods approach to create sophisticated meals from fresh foods. We learn about legendary chefs like Alice Waters who create fine dining experiences from sustainable approaches, and we incorporate foraged flowers from the region such as roses and honeysuckle. You must list any food restrictions or food allergies under “special needs” on the registration form or call COCA at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about allergies. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
