Red Cross Learn to Swim classes are progressive classes for youths, ages 6 to 12 years old. The Level 1 class requires no previous experience. Skills introduced in this level include: Introduction to the water and water comfortabilityBasic breath control and water submersionSupported floats and glidesRudimentary arm and leg motionsAll swim classes incorporate Water Safety Habits and Skills.
