Description
Level One: Introduction to Water Skills (Turtle)Introduction to Water Skills starts with the basics! Participants will learn basic safety skills as well as blowing bubbles through their nose and mouth, supported front and black floats, and the first steps to learning Freestyle. This program emphasizes water enjoyment, active play, and basic instruction. This class is open and inclusive for all but recommended for children who are comfortable putting their face in the water. (Suggested ages: 5-6 years)
