Description
All classes are 35 minutes, meeting on Tuesdays for 6 sessions. Level 1: Introduction to Water Skills (Ages 5 & Older)Skills include: Enter and exit water safely, submerge mouth nose and eyes, exhale under water through mouth and nose, open eyes underwater and pick-up submerged object. Float on front and back, explore arms and hand movements, swim on front and back using arm and leg actions, and follow basic water safety rules and use of a life jacket.
