Love croissants? Learn to make them at home! We'll cover making laminated dough and use it to create classic croissants, pain auchocolat, and Kouign Amann. As we work, we'll explore other ways to use this magical, flaky dough!All ingredients, aprons and equipment are included in the registration and materials fee. Just bring yourself and a to-go container for your creations! Recipes and equipment suggestions will be provided in class.What can you expect from our class together?The class is fully interactive, so feel free to ask questions as we go.Great results go beyond the recipe.
