Magical Magritte Ages 8-10

Description

Combine images and concepts in unexpected ways in this painting camp inspired by artist René Magritte. We look at surrealists from around the world and create thought-provoking, dream-like, and often ridiculous images in our own paintings. Campers are encouraged to apply paint like expressionists, dream like surrealists, and create work that expresses their own unique perspectives.
