Martial Arts SAT (Ages 5+)

Description

This program features multiple martial arts discipline and provides opportunities for growth, development, and enrichment. As an on-going class, students will improve personal discipline, concentration, and self-confidence, while also developing interpersonal skills. Students will also have the opportunity for rank advancement. All ages are welcome, since we believe everyone can benefit from martial arts training. Uniforms are not required for new students, but will be required to those who continue training, and can be purchased from the instructor for $45. Class from 9-10 a.m., but advanced students will be assigned of practice to be determined by instructor.
