ADDING 2ND CLASS OF THIS POPULAR WORKSHOP!Fresh off of the North American tour of Broadway's MEAN GIRLS as Cady Heron, local actress, Katie Yeomans is offering a master class for those 12-18.With a limit of 10 participants, those in the workshop will get true feedback from this successful Star Bright alum and be able to ask questions and get tips from someone who is currently getting great jobs in the musical theatre industry. Besides MEAN GIRLS, Katie has had 3 cruise ship bookings, and navigated the Broadway and college audition process. (She earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from Belmont University.)Participants are asked to come prepared with a memorized 16-bar cut of a musical theatre song and track to perform. Katie will provide feedback and critique. Following the "auditions", Katie will have a Q & A discussion with participants covering such topics as:- Preparing for Auditions- Selecting Songs and Monologues- Slating- Do’s and Don’ts- College and Broadway Auditions- Questions from ParticipantsThis workshop will give participants the opportunity to practice their audition material and get genuine feedback.For further information contact Alison Worden at alison.worden@williamsoncounty-tn.gov.Should you need to cancel your child(s) registration in a specialty summer camp and/or program, you MUST notify alison.worden@williamsoncounty-tn.gov by email no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the camp/program to be considered for a refund.
