This dynamic class enhances overall flexibility, making it easier to perform all movements, improves balance, which is crucial for maintaining an active lifestyle and builds stamina for greater endurance. Modifications are available to accommodate individuals with varying abilities. Supplies: A yoga mat is required. A yoga strap, yoga blocks, and a towel are strongly suggested. ALL LEVELS.
