This class blends floor work with foundational standing poses, teaching you anatomy-based mechanics for moving with better leverage and less effort. Taught by a veteran coach with 25 years of experience, expect YOGABODY®-inspired breath coaching and alignment to optimize your energy and confidence. Yoga mat required.
