Aquatics - Lessons
Description
This swim team conditioning class, will offer one hour sessions each week for youth ages 6-17 who have completed PPR's Sea Lion swim lesson level, or higher. Participants will be given instruction in each of the four competitive strokes of Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Freestyle, dives, and turns, with an emphasis on a fun learning environment!
