About This Event
In this one-hour sound spa, participants learn about the ancient tradition and benefit of sound bathing followed by immersion in sound waves and vibrations made by singing bowls, gongs and chimes. A deeply relaxing, healing experience! Participants provide their own yoga mats. Blankets and eye pillows are encouraged but optional.
