B.A.S.E. (formerly S.A.I.L.) focusses on reducing the risk of falling by improving balance and stability while building strength through activity and exercise. BASE also incorporates Bal-A-Vis-X (rhythmic balance, auditory, and vision exercises for the brain and body, helping those dealing with injuries/illness, and and the elderly struggling through the twin lenses of balance and rhythm.
