Program runs 9/8-10/20, Mondays, from 5:15pm-6:15pm at the Armory. This 6-week program is designed to elevate your game from beginner to intermediate level. We’ll start by refining the essentials - grip, footwork, dinking, volleying, and serving - to ensure a solid foundation. As you progress, we’ll dive into strategic play. You’ll learn to dominate the no-volley zone, master that tricky third shot after the bounce, and return challenging serves with confidence. Get ready for intense rallies and high-energy drills!
