Preschool Aquatics Level 2

Description

Red Cross Preschool Aquatics classes are progressive classes for youths, ages 4 to 5 years old. The Level 2 class requires successful completion of Level 1 or equivalent skills, such as water comfortability, and ability to submerge under water. Skills introduced in this level include:Basic breath control and water submersion, up to 5 secondsIndependent floats and glidesTurning from front to back and back to frontRudimentary strokes and kicks on both front and backAll swim classes incorporate Water Safety Habits and Skills.
