Description
This course is designed to provide incoming sixth graders with the necessary math skills needed to adjust to middle school. Students will be actively involved in solving a variety of pre-algebra problems in this hands-on, project-based lab. Concepts covered include, but are not limited to, word problems, percentages and fractions, equations as functions, slopes and intercepts, and graphing.
