Raider Track and Field Camp - Grades 3-8

Description

Come explore many of the great events that track & field have to offer. We will teach you how to use starting blocks, long jump, high jump, hurdles, shot put and discus. We will also work on increasing speed, agility and flexibility, all while having fun!Track & Field Camp will be held at the Roseville Area High School Track.Please bring a water bottle and wear athletic shoes. Grade level based on Fall 2025.
