Renee's Chair ExerciseDecember 1 - 22, 2026The Chair Exercise with Renee will be leaning towards exercising in and out of the chair to give you more mobility. I will show you how to use short resistance bands for strengthening. A hula hoop to exercise movements for your joints. This class will also help you with your balance and tone.Cost: $48.00Location: 7901 Cypress Street, Laurel, MD 20707A Special Note:All our programs require two weeks pre-registration. Signing up the week of the event will not resurrect it, so please … Register Early!Cancellations and Credits:The City of Laurel Department of Parks & Recreation Division of Senior Services will give a full refund or credit for a trip or event we cancelled or modified. No Shows or same day cancellations as well as pre-paid admission or tickets will not be refunded. Please be aware that there is a $3.00 cancellation fee for each trip / event.Waiver:I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury, or property damage which I may have, or which hereafter accrue to me, against the Entity as a result of my participation in a City of Laurel Department of Parks & Recreation program. This release is intended to discharge the Entity, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers, any other involved municipalities or public agencies from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation, even though that liability may arise out of the negligence or carelessness on the part of persons or Entities mentioned above. I further understand that accidents and injuries can arise out of the event; knowing the risks, nevertheless, I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release and to hold harmless all of the persons or agencies mentioned above who (through negligence or carelessness) might otherwise be liable to me (or my heirs or assigns) for damages. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns.Photo Release:Unless otherwise indicated in writing by participant or parent/guardian at the time of registration, photographs of participants may be taken while participating in the program activities for use in City of Laurel publications, social media, or other advertising venues.
