This progressive, Pilates-style mat class focuses on proper breathing technique and form and function of your core muscles, restoring the strength of the abdominal wall, postural muscles and pelvic floor using one’s own body weight and resistance equipment. This class is appropriate for every fitness level and men and women of all ages. Modifications are cued for every exercise. Please bring yoga mat and water. Instructor: Denyce Holley, NASM CPT. (No class 9/19, 10/3 and 10/24) 12 weeks.Fridays: Sept. 12-Dec. 19. 8:30am-9:30am.
