Swim Lessons - Little Salmon (Ages 3-5)This class is appropriate for swimmers who are comfortable fully submerging, back floating, and front floating without assistance. In this level, kids build on their confidence by learning how to glide on their front and back, practicing the fundamental kicks of swimming (flutter, dolphin, breaststroke), and beginning freestyle with rotary breathing. Swimmers will also practice using equipment, streamlining, and developing strong water safety habits.What to Bring:Swimsuit and towelGoggles (kids may borrow a pair if you do not own any)What to Expect:Please check in at the front desk when you arrive. Swimmers should change into their suits and take a quick rinse in the shower before entering the pool area. Instructors will call students when class begins and guide them through fun, skill-focused activities. Lessons are designed to help kids move with more independence in the water while preparing them for more advanced strokes.Please do NOT register the participant for the next level UNTIL the participant has passed the previous level of lessons.PLEASE NOTE: If the class does not have at least 3 swimmers, the class will be cancelled. If cancelled, you will be informed as soon as possible and will be given the option to transfer to a different class, receive an account credit, or receive a refund.
