Join us each Wednesday at Patriots Park for Wellness Wednesday. Classes are in the multipurpose room at 10 am. 1st Wednesday- Balance & Coordination 2nd Wednesday-Zumba 3rd Wednesday Core & Cardio 4th Wednesday Strength & Coordination Regular exercise helps seniors maintain strength, balance, flexibility and independence while improving heart health, boosting energy, and supporting mental well-being and reducing the risk the falls, making it one of the best investments in healthy aging.
