Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based strength, balance, and fitness program for adults 50 and older. In 60 minutes, SAIL provides exercises to help improve balance, flexibility, strength (using both dumbbells and leg weights) and cardio.Instructor: Sara PikofskyNo lesson 10/13EXERCISE ATTENDANCE POLICYDue to the high demand and popularity of our SIA exercise classes, we’re introducing a new attendance policy to help ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to participate. Starting in the Fall 2025 session, SIA class participants are expected to contact MCC program staff when they know they are going to miss a class. To avoid unused spots in classes, participants who miss four consecutive classes without notifying MCC program staff of the reason for their absences may be withdrawn from the class.
