"The City of Phoenix Mayor/Council approved the use of The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for programs and services in our community to support an immediate pandemic response and lay the groundwork for a strong and equitable recovery. To support this endeavor the Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to provide one-time financial assistance for our winter Youth Sports Leagues and Programs."The Soccer program is a co-recreational team sports for boys and girls 3-4 years old. Our philosophy is to introduce children to the fundamentals of soccer, to encourage sportsmanship, and to promote equal participation in a non competitive environment. This is a ten week program with two practices before the games begin. One practice and game per week. Eight games will be played. Practices are on Tue, Wed or Thurs (days/time depends on coach) Saturday Morning 8:00 am games.
