No prerequisites are required; students with some knowledge of Spanish may register without having taken Spanish Skills for Beginners II. This class extends students’ knowledge of the Spanish language and culture, fostering greater self-confidence in communication skills at an intermediate level. The curriculum incorporates real-life cultural elements through various expressions, including art, songs, movie clips, poetry, novel excerpts, and short stories. A communicative, experiential learning approach emphasizes extensive use of non-verbal, visual, and auditory materials. Material fee of $10 paid to instructor.
