Description
Enjoy the healing properties of water. Move with the water to better mobility. Each class includes warm up, cardio, cool down stretch and a focus on breath. Class is geared for moderate fitness ability however; all fitness abilities are welcome.Please note this is a competition pool and it is kept at 76-78 degrees. Dates: April 10th - June 12th (No Class May 15th) Time: 5:30-6:30PMLocation: Grand Blanc High School Aquatics Center PROGRAM CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY:A $15 administration fee will be charged on all refund requests made more than 7 days prior to program start date.If 7 days or less, a 50% refund will be given.NO REFUNDS OR ACCOUNT CREDITS will be given on or after program start date.
