No class January 19th.This class will focus on hearty, kid-friendly soups to nourish bodies, hearts, and spirits during the short days of winter. Each week the Sprout Chefs will follow a recipe and work together using fresh seasonal ingredients to make a tasty soup. Samples come home, along with the recipes, so that Sprout Chefs can make the soup again for their families. For the grand finale class, the chefs will work together to create their own signature soup from what they learned and take some home each week.Darien residents: $144 - nonresidents: $177All recipes, ingredients, and equipment will be provided.
