Stable Tour (10:30am - 10:55am)

Description

Take a tour of the historic Stables at Tower Grove Park! In this free public tour, you’ll get the chance to meet our Clydesdale, Moonshine, and our new pony, Ricochet, and see the historic structure where they are housed and cared for. We’ll also discuss the history and founding of the Park as it relates to the Stables and the many animals that have lived there.Tours are available in 25-minute increments at 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, and 11:30 am. Capacity is very limited, so advance registration is required in order to ensure you have a spot on the tour.This tour will run from 10:00 - 10:25 am. Arrive early to find parking, as spots are limited during Farmers' Market.Meet your docent at the Stables and join us for a 25-minute-long tour, scheduled in intervals over a 2-hour time range. The tour traverses’ gravel, grass, and wooden pavers in indoor and outdoor environments.Accessibility services such as audio description and ASL interpretation are available upon request.
