HCI Rapid Fire 3x3 Basketball is designed for young players that want to develop their game in a fun, exciting game format!What is HCI Rapid Fire 3 on 3 Basketball?- It's the same continuous, free-flowing basketball format that was added to the Summer Olympics in 2020 and 2024.- This style is highlighted by quickly transitioning from offense to defense as the defense can catch the ball as it goes through the net, dribble reset out to the 3pt line, and instantly begin their possession.Why play this style at the youth level?- At HCI, we want to provide an exceptional youth sport experience.- This brand of basketball has taken off around the world as it can fast-track development with players being forced to think 1 play ahead, put in more advantageous situations and their court time is optimized by less whistles and stoppages.What will be the season structure?- Our goal is to cap each grade division at 24 players to create 4 teams of 6 players.- All signups will be done as "individuals" however you will still be able to submit teammate requests to play alongside friends.- There will be 1 practice day and time for each grade division with all players practicing and working together.- Gamedays will consist of a brief 10min skill warm-up, 1 15min game played, a 5min debrief with coaches, then 2 teams will swap courts and a 2nd 15min game will be played.Season InfoDates: 5/28 through 6/28Game Times: Games will be Saturdays from 11am-12Practice Times: Wednesday evenings at 5pm, 6pm, or 7pmRostering: All players will register individually but teammate requests may be submitted!Uniform: Players will receive a reversible HCI Jersey to play in on SaturdaysPricing: $200 Members, $250 Non-Member*Registration will close on 5/21*All sales are final.Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Director of the program.No refunds after the 1st meeting date.A $25 admin fee may apply to any refunds.For more info, contact basketball@hillcountryindoor.com
