Description
Ages 6 months - 3 years with parent. This class introduces infants and toddlers to the water with basic introductory and safety skills through fun games and songs with parents. Non-toilet trained children must wear swim diapers and elastic pants Swim diapers and plastic pants will be sold at the front desk.In order to maintain high quality instruction, we do not offer age exceptions.There are no late registrations. Once class starts, registrations are closed.Parents and guardians must sit in the viewing area and not on the pool deck unless they are in the water with the class.2 parents are allowed to attend class and be in the water.We do not offer make-up lessons or give credits/refunds for missed classes.Please limit time in family locker rooms as there are always others waiting for these spaces. Do not hold a locker room for someone who isn't there.Wait listed for a class? We will call you before the class begins if a spot has opened up. We do not give away spots if a child misses a class, only if they have dropped the class.Reservation Notes:Private and group lessons are at Firstenburg Pool.Advanced registration is required; drop-ins are not allowed.Locker rooms will be available for dressing.Parents will remain in the lobby during the lesson. Please come back out on deck 5 minutes before lessons end to receive your child from their instructor.Lessons will start and end on time. There will be no make up lessons or credits for missed lessons.Facility Use Notes:Arrive no more than 15 minutes before your swim lesson begins.Check in for lessons on the pool deck with your instructor after dressing down.Follow all floor markers and directional signs when entering and exiting the building.All swim lessons will be held in a designated area of the pool.Bring your own non-breakable, pre-filled water bottle if needed.You must provide your own towel.Maintain at least six feet of distance between yourself and others on the pool deck and while entering & exiting the pool.You may bring your personal swim bag out to the pool deck.When your swim lesson ends, leave any Firstenburg Pool swim equipment used during your session on the rack provided to be sanitized.Click here to view the complete list of COVID-19 Protocols at Firstenburg Center.
