Description

Parent and Child Water Discovery is a gentle introduction to water for young swimmers and their caregivers, focusing on water comfort, safe entry and exit, submerging, floating, and basic arm and leg movement through guided play. Children must wear waterproof diapers if not fully continent.  One parent or guardian over the age of 18 is required for each participant and must remain in the water with the child for the entire duration of the class. Parents and guardians are responsible for their participant and are required to maintain physical contact by holding onto their child at all times during the class. There must be one parent or guardian in the water per child. This requirement applies for the entire duration of the class. Aquatics Supervision Requirement:  Any individual under the age of 18 participating in any aquatics programming must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older at all times. The accompanying adult is required to remain on facility premises for the duration of the minor’s participation.  Aquatics Refund Policy:  Withdrawals due to illness or medical-related reasons will require a physicians note for consideration. A $10 service fee will be applied per program withdrawal. All requests are subject to review and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  *Fall Swim Lessons Session 2 (10/10-11/14) Saturday's only
