Learn to cook homemade flour and corn tortillas, shredded meats, guacamole, pico de gallo, and more as we explore the many variations of tacos—from traditional, walking, street, and even dessert tacos! We personalize kitchen aprons, create recipe cards, learn about kitchen safety, and practice basic skills like measuring and following directions. You must list any food restrictions or food allergies under “special needs” on the registration form or call COCA at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about allergies. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price
