Description
This class will focus on strong, fluid movements to help seniors regain their balance, increase body awareness to help prevent falls, increase safety, and recapture motion. This class will be offered on Thursdays at the Huck Finn Ice Rink. Class is FREE to seniors 60+. Seniors are encouraged to register for the full session. Daily attendance is not required to register.Drop-in visitors age 59 or under must pay in person. The drop in fee is $6.00. Punch cards are available for purchase, 10 punches for $45 or 20 punches for $75.Masks are currently optional at County programs and facilities. Questions?
