Description
Ages 13-15In this intermediate program, the players will hone their hitting, passing, serving and setting skills. The players will be taught 3 and 4 step approaches, overhand serves, jump serves, ready position, platform and blocking. The last sessions, the players will play games in a mock tournament.Skill level: Intermediate. Players must have some experience, able to serve the ball over the net.Preferred Equipment: Volleyball shoes, knee padsOptional Equipment: Arm sleeves, water bottle
