This camp is designed for volleyball players who want to develop more powerful, consistent, and strategic offensive game. Whether you are a front-row hitter or a back-row attacker, this clinic will focus on proper technique, footwork, and shot selection to help you become a more dominant scorer.What to expect - - Approach and transition footwork - learn proper movement patterns for increased power and efficiency- Arm swing mechanics - develop a faster, more controlled arm swing for maximum impact, injury prevention and longevity in the sport- Shot variety - learn how to hit with power, control, and placement, including line, cross-cut, and off-speed shots- Game-like drills - competitive scenarios and live reps to apply skills in real timeThis clinic is perfect for outside hitters, middle blockers, right-side attackers, and back-row hitters looking to refine their technique and become more effective offensive players. Athletes will be separated by skill and challenged accordingly in order to take their game to the next level. ABOUT THE COACH - Hi! - I am Sydnie - a former All-American collegiate volleyball alumna from Minnesota Duluth, who also holds the program block record in addition to MN state record accolades. With over a decade of playing and coaching experience. I have led teams to national success and helped athletes pursue their collegiate volleyball dreams. My coaching journey has take me from club coaching at Minnesota North to Austin Performance, where I have developed a reputation for building confident, technically skilled and mentally aware athletes. Now, as a founder of Empowered Play Training, my mission is to inspire young players to thrive not only on the court, but in every aspect of life.
