Description
Walk With Ease is an evidence based program that has been proven to help people with arthritis or other related conditions, reduce pain, increase balance, strength and walking pace, and improve overall health.Class is FREE to seniors 60+. Seniors are encouraged to register for the full session. Daily attendance is not required to register.Drop-in visitors age 59 or under must pay in person. The drop in fee is $6.00. Punch cards are available for purchase, 10 punches for $45 or 20 punches for $75.Masks are currently optional at County programs and facilities. Questions?
