Writing Workshop

Everyone has a story. Write personal stories that are meaningful to you and that you'd like to share with others. Using writing prompts, writing strategies, and guidance through the writing process, you'll have the opportunity to engage in creating effective personal narratives and memoir writing. We will cover writing concepts that make personal writing come alive. This class equips you with the tools and support to get started or continue writing.About the instructor:Beverle Lax, PhD, has a doctorate in African languages and linguistics. She is an experienced writer, editor, and proofreader who taught expository and argumentative writing for 20 years in Kenya.
