Description
Christmas and Hanukkah are right around the corner. Let's celebrate this magical time of year with a holiday yoga party! We will play yoga games and move through stations with different yoga activities. We will also decorate cookies and learn about mindful eating as we enjoy our cookies. For crafting, we will make Namaste signs with fairy lights. This class is best suited for ages 5-12.
