6th-8th Graders are eligible to register for this program!ORIENATION (mandatory for Youth Leaders and one parent/guardian to attend) is on Wednesday, August 27, from 5:30-6:15 PM at the Dorothy F. Johnson CenterLEVEL UP LABS (mandatory for Youth Leaders) on Wednesdays, 9/3/25-10/15/25 from 5:00-6:30 PM at the Dorothy F. Johnson CenterON-SITE PROGRAM: Flag Football Coach (2nd/3rd Grade) | Practices on Mondays after 5:00 PM, Games on Tuesdays anytime between 4:00-7:00 PM. This hands-on program is perfect for teens who want to:Build leadership and job-readiness skillsEarn volunteer or community service hoursGain real-world experience in a fun and supportive environmentMake friends and be a positive role modelJoin us for an unforgettable experience that will shape your future and leave a lasting impact on others. The Youth Leader Program isn’t just a program—it’s a stepping stone to whatever comes next.Each Youth Leader will receive an official CARD Youth Leader shirt and be paired with a dedicated program mentor who will guide them throughout their assigned program (days/times vary based on program selection). Plus, all Youth Leaders will get to build real-life skills and confidence in our dynamic "Level Up Lab"—a fun, hands-on leadership training held every Wednesday from 5:00–6:30 PM during the session!
