Description
Join the painting fun! No experience necessary and supplies included. Please bring a picture of subject matter you are interested in painting (can be on an electronic device). Landscapes, pets, characters, and still life photos are encourage. Acrylic paints are used, so wear old clothes.Teens ages 13-17 will learn how to create a painting from a picture, focusing on foundational techniques like color mixing, brushwork, and composition using charcoal to layout a sketch on a 11x14 inch canvas,Instructed by artist, June Minaya. All classes will be held at the West Shore Senior Center (122 Geary Ave, New Cumberland).
