Come join this happy group! The hour flies by as we have fun dancing to salsa, Bollywood, cumbia, cha cha - while working our bodies and brains. No dance experience necessary, modifications and progressions are given so YOU decide how and when to pick it up or turn it down. This is a low-impact hour of fun, spirited movement, followed by a cool-down and stretch, so you'll feel extra fine when you're done. Wear comfortable workout clothing and sneakers, but please NO sandals/hiking (heavily-treaded) or leather-soled shoes. Bring a towel and water.
