Darien Town Pickleball League: Beginners Ages 21+

Description
League will be organized and managed onsite by Pickleball Managing Director, Steve O'Connell. The league will utilize an "Up and Down the River" type format. Play will be timed in 15 minutes blocks, directed by a staff member in charge each session. Players will be grouped accordingly on separate courts each day. More competitive formats may be employed according to the group’s inputs. At Cherry Lawn Park, the High Court is court #1. Court #4 is the Challenger Court. Warm up play will begin at 1:15pm. League play starts at 1:30pm. A bell will indicate the end and beginning of each round of play. The official league play will end at 4:00pm. Beginner league plays on Cherry Lawn Tennis Courts #2 & #3 on the lined pickleball courts.League for beginner skill level 3.0 and below.Ages 21+ Darien Residents Only.Registered participants are welcome to join in at any point during the evening's play (would join into next round of games after arrival).You are not required to attend all dates.Inclement weather cancellations will not be rescheduled.No Class 7/1-7/6.
